This is for architects and engineers on prop. section, a client sent me this survey plan yesterday from USA and asked if I could fit in something of a 4bedroom flat bungalow before he pays for the land but I told him to look for a better plot that this size is not worth even contemplating but I later made something that could fit in so he don't think I'm not competent enough...am I right or wrong about my conclusions not to usethe plot?
