My instagram app is refusing to upload video, I've tried almost all version of instagram and it still didn't work, ive also tried using wifi & still same. But some videos do upload, but it is very rear. I've downloaded converters, yet still doesn't upload. Any idea will be helpful |

I should let you know that the uploads fails. Sometimes, it uploads and when it comes to "Finishing Up" alert, it fails |
