Job Descriptions

Our graduate internship program is a 6-month program, which offers you the opportunity to develop your critical thinking skills, acquire key knowledge on business issues and learn how to proffer practical solutions.
As our graduate intern, you will have access to best practices, on-the-job guidance and projects that transform global organizations.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:

*Conducting industry and client research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvements.
*Performing financial assessments to support the development of new business processes.
*Assisting in the design and development of new business processes, capabilities and supporting technologies
*Executing improvement projects for clients and other company internal operations.
*Generating ideas to solve high-level business problems.
*Supporting ongoing projects/programs and communicating with stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation and delivery.
*Helping the team in program/ project delivery and implementation.
*Providing support for administrative functions as required
*Undertaking any other tasks that may be delegated.

Qualifications
*A Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university. Minimum, Second Class Upper (2.1)
*M.Sc or MBA
*Must have completed NYSC
