Yes, third party staffing is very evil. Government MUST stop it. Company executives use it as a subterfuge to becoming billionaires. Its very common in the oil industry. Contract staff every where and they die sometimes without any body asking question e.g Indigo helicopter crash in Lagos beeach

I wonder the strategy all this companies employ, you dont cut cost by reducing manpower, you cut cost by plugging every source of waste.

In their Dictionary certain type of manpower is considered waste.

Some companies have genuine reason for that. Every smart & foreign investor will know better not to acquire much asset (including) Labour.
1. It will save them for the financial burden of remuneration (pension, allowances, etc)
2. It will help them prevent the violation of Labour law (since they are not the employers)
3. In the case of liquidation, they have nothing to lose.
4. It helps in getting the right work force. (The new investors know nothing about the situation of Labour.
5. Finally, it helps to spread employment opportunities (Company A is in charge of getting Cleaners, B gets Security, C gets Administration Staff, D gets Drivers and engineers . . .)

It's a nice strategy just that, the outsourcing company gets the reward
Crap.
