am running my android on a galaxy s2 custom firmware dat came with no play store when it was installed.since den wen I install play store apk n try opening it,it crashes immediately.tried various solution but not helping issues,so if u av any solution dat can help pls spill it out.tnx in advance

You just can't install the Play Store app and expect it to run, it needs Google Play Services for it to work.
To do that you need to install Google Apps via recovery (Since you're running a custom firmware you most likely have a custom recovery.)
First Google the GAPPs for your android version and download it (it's a zip file)
Then boot into recovery and install the zip from recovery.
When your phone reboots you'll have GAPPs: Play Store, Play Music, etc.

tnx bro bt am not too advanced in dis stuff but b4 my fone boot I can see cm recovery v6.0.0 den I can also see install from zip,wen I install d gapps will it install a new custom firmware or will it only install d apps u mentioned, again won't it contradict with d already existing apps like I AV music player n u said it will also install stuffs like music player.tnx

It won't install a new firmware, just Google Apps and services.

Move it to the root of the SD card (ie don't put inside any folder) and retry.
