From information gathered the mysterious rabbit was suddenly found under the car of the permanent secretary of the ministry of Agriculture, OTONYETARIE OKOYE parked at his official car park in the area. The sudden appearance of the rabbit made people scamper for safety at the ground floor of block A axis of the secretariat. The scary incident led to the early closure of work by some staff of the ministry.
