I visited a website yesterday, looking for what documents have to be tendered before one gets an international passport from Nigeria. One of the things I saw there was either driver's license or national identity. The national Identity given to me is just a big slip that my bank (UBA) rejects whenever I want to transact on western union and I don't have a driver's license. Can I use that slip as a national ID? |
