I need your assistant,i have always been browsing with my phone ever before but recently i lost my phone so i had to do a Sim swap and requested for a new internet setting which i got the confirmation on my phone but whenever i try to connect it keeps saying packed data connection is not available,i explain this to a friend that knows more better and he told me i need to re provision my Sim and that can only be done by contacting the customer care,i called there CC number time without number no one respond please anyone who can assist with this will be highly appreciate,please i need your assistance,my phone make is Nokia and model is E51,network is ZAIN,thank you.
