[/b]Hi everyone, i thank God for a forum like this, i pray that God gives us all the answers to our problems thru everyone else. For the past 12 years i have been with this condition, which is characterised by me pulling my hair from some parts of my body(esp,head region), i tried to hide it at first, until i searched it out online and found that many people go thru the same trauma and seek help. I want to stop, but its an uncontrollable urge!!. I saw different solutions online, but as a Nigerian, living in Nigeria, i think, i'd prefer any solutions, Prescriptions, or therapy within the country (or outside). i need help asap, it gets me realy uncomfortable as i am a growing lady!!, [b]PLs Help!! |

do you pull the hair on your head with your hand? if the answer is yes, then cut your hair low always especially if you are a male so that there is no hair to pull. you will soon get used to not pulling your hair again. |
