Arguements have been made on this issue that a man born blind (but through miracle can now see) can't identify colours, though he might have been hearing of colours during the times he was blind but since had not seen any colour before in his past life can he now tell that this is white or black or red,

Can a man {with eyesight} who has never seen a mammoth before know what an giraffe looks like? Can a man {with eyesight} who has never seen a dinosaur before know what a dinosaur looks like? So how can a man blind from birth  who has'nt seen any colours before in his life be able to identify colours on stage. This matter dosen't need debating coz the answer is obviously NO

The answer is NO but honestly there have been a few of those sort of miracles on Nigerian TV and the blind man could identify colour which implies something fishy in there. Those were all part of the reasons BOC banned miracles on Nigerian TV.

there are many different form of blindness some curable other NOT. if a person is born WITHOUT EYES then i am sure that NO CHARLATAN would be able to "cure them" i will bet my life on that!!!!!!
as for the chap in the posters case, some people are blind due to de Morsier syndrome (Septo-Optic Displasia) who are born blind and thanks to stem cell treatment they can FINALLY SEE.
just educate yourself and everything will be ok!
