Your tears have been plenty, you’ve prayed so hard
you’ve lost the will to fight on. You have fasted and
prayed, confessed and held fast to God’s promises, even
went for healing/deliverance sessions, you have
stretched your faith so hard but NOTHING HAPPENED.
Now, you beg so much and pray so hard for it; YET
NOTHING IS HAPPENING! I’ve been asked to tell you to
JUST HOLD ON.
You say you’ve been wounded; you’ve given in your best
and nothing is forthcoming; you’ve been misunderstood
and your kindness is repaid with hostility. This seems to
be the darkest night of your life. It’s only a test; just hold
on! He knows you’re at the end of your rope but He says,
‘DON’T EVER GIVE UP!’ He says this test is your storm but
it’s not going to be long; JUST HOLD ON!
God says, “I HAVE LISTENED TO YOU; I HAVE HEARD
YOUR REQUEST. IT’S ONLY A TEST. JUST HOLD ON; I’LL
SEE YOU THROUGH IT”.
Dear, I know this is a trying time for you; hard-pressed
on every side but not crushed; perplexed but not in
despair; persecuted but not abandoned; struck down but
not destroyed (2Cor 4:8-9).It is a time when the pain is
so much and you feel like you’re crumbling under its
weight. A time when you just want to cry out like Jesus
and say,” Father, Let this cup pass over me” and on a
second thought, you quickly chime in, “Not my will but
Thy Will, O Lord” (Matt 26:39). It is discouraging, I know.
But God has not promised that on earth, we’ll not pass
through fire, instead, HE PROMISED THAT HE WILL BE
THERE WITH US WHEN WE WALK THROUGH FIRE AND IT
WILL NOT BURN US (Isa 43:2). I pray that like the three
Hebrew boys, the Lord will open ours eyes to see the
Fourth Man in our various “fires” In Jesus’ Name. So,
we’ll know we are not alone in the fire, God is there with
