Factory Manager

Responsibilities
• Overseeing production processes
• Planning and organizing production schedule
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing timescales with clients and managers
• Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
• To drive sales through coordinating activities of distributors and retailers
• To identify sales channels and implement action plan in achieving overall sales target
• Monitoring and ensuring that quality standards are achieved
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Selecting and ordering of materials
• Materials quality management
• Ensuring that all production reports and forms are duly completed
• Eliminate waste from the manufacturing operation through the deployment of the Lean methodology..
• Implement standard operating procedures for production operations
• Analyze production and quality control information to detect and correct problems
• Implement cost control programs
• Ensure implementation and adherence to Health and safety procedures.
• Create an environment of continuous improvement, putting in place cost-effective procedures, systems, tooling, equipment, etc., to continually improve manufacturing productivity


Requirement
Previous experience in water (sachet and bottle) production an added advantage
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts
Knowledge of process improvement concepts and methodology
Skill in conflict resolution including the ability to address difference of opinions
Ability to build and maintain effective work relationships, both internal and external
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize time/workload and delegate work in order to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to evaluate and motivate personnel
Must be willing to work in Abeokuta, Ogun State


Account Officer

Responsibilities
• Present financial information to senior management and/or Board of Directors
• Produce clear, concise and consistent accounting records and documentation using approved guidelines and templates
• Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents
• Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
• Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
• Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor account receivables
• Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors, agents and clients
• Resolve accounting discrepancies
• Filing of taxes and other returns to appropriate agencies
• Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
• Other duties as assigned.


Requirements
B.Sc/HND in Accounting (Minimum of Upper Credit)
Must be proficient in the use of Ms Word and Excel
Must be willing to work in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Experience In financial management and cost management
Knowledge of IFRS
Professional accounting qualification (ICAN/ACCA) an advantage
Knowledge of any accounting software is an added advantage
