Want to start a business selling stationery (in bulk). Location is isolo.

Now this is where I need help with. How do I go about purchasing the stationery. Which companies or is it wholesalers I should dialogue with.

Although because I don't av the retail market yet, I would like to retail first to test the water. My capital is 200K, is it enough.
And I would totally prefer someone in th market to please guide me.
