i think FUTO IS better, I'm a student of elect.elect.eng and i can vouch for its integrity in terms of practical learning, infrastructure, quality of lecturers and i must say no flexing only work and jacking. Also u've got to be very intelligent cos this institution is a convergence of best brains especially in dept of EEE.

@OP,i am a die hard fan of unizik but you cant compare unizik to any university of technology,especially when it has to do with a technological like ECE.FYI,this is the era of technology,as a matter of fact,technology is my religion.

like i said,technology rules the world now,if there is any school thats well grounded technologically,it should be a university of technology.before now,the likes of Harvard and Cambridge were the best schools in world,but now MIT is leading.you can further your research with google.hope that helps?
