JOINT VENTURE

A real estate Joint venture is an agreement between a land owner and a developer/investor. The investor agrees to finance the construction of an agreed project, usually units of houses, rather than pay the owner outright for the value of the land. Upon completion of the project, the investor pays the owner from the sales revenues and keeps the remaining as profit as agreed in the Joint venture agreement. At times, the owner requests a premium before commencement of the project. This premium will be deducted from the total value of the land. The following are available for a Joint Venture Project:
