Luke 21:25
And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;
26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.
28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

This is a short Bible study to show us that we are at the end of time, although no one knows when the exact time of the end will be.

The sun moon and stars are words used in the Bible to show leadership. There is presently all round distress of nations, the seas and waves are roaring indicates a world in turmoil. No one knows what is really going on, no one is really in charge.

Everyone is fearful and afraid.

And in conclusion, for those of us looking forward to the coming of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ we are asked to lift up our heads because our redemption draws near.

We can only pray that the Lord comes quickly as he promised because (Proverbs 13:12)
