5 Very Important Roles And Qualities Of An Entrepreneur [PART 1] by Michozil(m): 6:20pm On Nov 23, 2015
Today I’m going to be talking on 5 key areas an entrepreneur should focus on. In this blog post, I’ve actually written out 5 roles of an entrepreneur.

Let’s say you’ve just joined in on the world of being an entrepreneur and you’ve already started your own business with visions of doing what you love, but along the line you are already seeing signs that it’s not just going the way you figured out it’s going to be. The game has changed, and it’s not just your career path that is changing, it needs to be you too!

As you keep learning and climbing your ladder of success gradually, here are 5 key roles and 5 key qualities you need to embrace.

Below are 5 key roles every entrepreneur should possess:

Supreme Customer Officer
Let’s be truthful and point blank with one another, if you don’t have customer, you don’t have much of a business.
Many entrepreneurs face challenges resulting from confusing ‘great customer experience’ with ‘great customer service’. For example, you think that by smiling, saying thank you and being nice would get you where you need to be? No! That’s no longer the case.
The customer experience involves every touch point a customer has with your business and isn’t about your tactics, it’s about creating a true customer experience strategy and then executing it.
There are great books, articles and blogs you can read on creating your customer experience strategy, but all I want you to know today is that you must have good customer experience not customer service.

Supreme Financial Officer
There are some of the most important functions in your business and your figures actually do need to tell a story of how you started, where you’ve been, how wealthy your business is and what you need to change if you want a long-term success.
If you haven’t been keeping record of your figures or can’t keep record of them, employ someone who can. He or she must be qualified with at least a degree or certified training in accountancy, book keeping etc.

Supreme People Officer
It’s very OK not to have employees at that very early stage or building period of your business, but nonetheless, you’re an entrepreneur, so you are now in a leadership role.
You’re going to get caught up in everything that needs to be done and you find yourself working all hours of the day and night.
While you’re caught up in the adrenaline rush called ‘entrepreneurship’ you can easily get worn out! And no one wants to speak, let alone do business with a tattered person, so make sure you take time to look after yourself and exercise daily, eat properly (good balanced diet), sleep well. You would actually need all this if you still need to keep fueling your passion.

Supreme Executive Officer
The CEO of any company spends a great deal of time looking at the big picture, planning for the future and creating a vision. - See more at: http://www.mozentre.com/2015/11/key-roles-and-qualities-of-an-entrepreneur.html
