The photo above shows the image of a man who has been declared wanted by theEconomic and Financial Crimes commission, EFCC, for allegedly withdrawing N45M which was mistakenly credited to his account. A press statement by the commission reads: The public is hereby notified that Jerry Ogbonna Obike Phillip, whose photograph appears below, is wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in a case of stealing.
