I got the message, too. But, I don't think it got a thing to do with submission of outstanding data. [I was not asked for one, but got the sms anyway!]

I feel your pain bro, I've tried literally all formats too, even used a different LGA that was posted here, needless to say it didnt work. I suppose it has to do with a glitch in their system.
