My brother is based in the united states but he wants to establish a business in nigeria, he asked me to get the details involved and i told him all.
Now he wants to have a e- payment collector like remita which i gave the details to him.
Issue is he doesnt have a nigeria bank account which remita requires, and he said he wouldnt use anybody bank account in nigeria to link it, as he wants to have full control of it.

He has usa bank account, but says he needs REMITA or strictly ANY e service in the image of REMITA,
DOES REMITA ACCEPT USA CITIZENS, IF NO WHAT OTHER SERVICE IS AVAILABLE?
