A friend of mine all of a sudden can't access her kofa account. After typing her student Id and password, it always shows her 'you entered invalid credentials. This actually started after a guy that works in cyber cafe got her details in other to help her book for accommodation. now she can't find the guy and she can't login. She stopped making use of the email address in her kofa a long time ago too , therefore she can't access it. Even when she tried requesting for a new password using the old email address, it showed "No record found".
please what should she do now?

just tell your friend to take all her document to main auditorium and explain o those bozos there, they will try to frusrate her sha, but she should plead with them. after they have suffered her for sometime, hey will help her out. (that was how a friend was delt with when we still de UNIBEN then)

Very bad time for your friend to have this kind of issue.
