I'm only Seventeen for now I Mewl, Hiss and Mow Acting like the world is on my head When I don't even work for my daily bread I'm still too young to worry But I act like an inflammable lorry I lock my door and cry inside Acting like a beauty queen with pride Beautiful opposites laying at my feet I was stupid enough to even say, "Yes, Please." When I become Seventeen again I will be awake and live for another day Watching and minding my mistakes Like an elementary school without a break. I decided to post "17 Again" here once again (without the link) since someone kindly commented and asked me to. I appreciate the love so kindly keep more coming. Thanks in advance. |
