1) There are tons of manufacturers online? Do I need expert advice

ANS: Most suppliers you'd find online may not be capable of producing for export. A wrong Chinese supplier who lacks ability and education for export trading and standards will surely lead to failure. It's important to spend time and money to verify each supplier's legality, product license and QA/QC standards ever before making any form of payment for a product.


2) How to choose the best suppliers?


ANS: Starts by checking out some major players in your sector and expand a search to like 40 other factories or companies in that sector. Experts will score and cut down the number to just 5 companies. Outsourcing Agent then contact top 5 to verify as follows;

i)Company registration details.

ii) Product category on registration papers.


iii)QA/QC Engineering procedure certificates.

iv)Production capacity/onsite verification.

V) Ordering process/minimum & maximum limits.

Finally, beginner SME and Outsourcing Agent suggest top 3 companies based on observations at the Bureau of companies in their jurisdiction, interview and make plans for Order.

ANS: Depending on the size, quantity and product availability. If it's just purchase an everyday available product eg. electronics, phones, clothes Ship by air, 7 working days max to destination. Ship by sea, mixed containers, 25 working days max to destination. For heavy products that have to be produced fresh, 1-3 weeks to produce sample. 3 weeks to produce model based on order. ANS: Outsourcing Agent check with the Bureau in charge of companies and all data about that company will be revealed.


6) How to check each company export capabilities?

ANS: The registration certificates verification at the Bureau shows if the company is legally allowed to do export business. It also shows their registered capital. However, an excellent Outsourcing Agent should request satisfied customer contact details from each supplier for verification.


7) How to check out QA/QC Engineering procedure?

ANS: During the production or manufacturing of any model there must be quality issues, to what extent? An Outsourcing Agent who has been mobilized to observe the factory production line during operations should examine the company quality management system. A company whose production line quality, clean records, is carefully checked per time, depends on the line, will definitely have more durable goods than the careless or lowly maintained production line.
