You agree to provide accurate registration information, including without limitation your correct date of birth. You agree to inform us of any changes in such details; You are the person whose details are provided in connection with your registration.
It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up-to-date on your account. Failure to do so may result in you failing to receive important account related notifications and information from Merrybet, including changes we make to Merrybet’s terms and conditions.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account. In particular, you agree to keep your username, password strictly confidential and you are responsible for any misuse of your password.
Provided that we have been correctly supplied with the account information requested, we are entitled to assume that offers and payments are made by you. You should change your password on a regular basis and never disclose it to any third party.
You undertake to protect your username and password in the same way that you would in respect of your bank cards and any failure to do so shall be at your sole risk and expense. If another person accesses your account, you are solely responsible for all their actions whether or not their access was authorised by you and you hereby indemnify us and hold us harmless against all costs, claims, expenses and damages howsoever arising in connection with the use of or access to your account by any third party.

Merrybet has the right not to accept bets from the client, who does not agree to the betting rules of . In case of illegal operations all bets of such a client are considered to be lost and the official investigation starts. All complains relating with bets results are accepted during 10-days period after the event finishes. The final decision is the Bookmaker's side only.
You are only allowed to open not more than one account. If at any point we find out that any one individual is operating or has access to more than one account, we reserve the right to close such related accounts without notice.
All match markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 90 minutes play. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra time, time allocated for a penalty shoot-out or golden goal.

POSTPONED MATCH
When a match is cancelled or postponed, the odds of that particular match turns to 1. For example, if a player stakes on a match with N1,000 he gets his N1,000 in return. For accumulators, the other matches are calculated and winnings paid.
-If a match is postponed and there is a rearranged date within 24 hours, the date will be changed and the match ID remains the same. -If a match is postponed and the rearranged date isn’t within 24 hours, the match will be cancelled and a new match ID will be generated.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes & Winnings
Minimum stake amount is N50 Naira and Maximum winnings shall be N2,000,000 per individual per day.
All bets on a match abandoned before the completion of 90 minutes play will be void unless the match is rearranged and played on the same date (local time) or stated otherwise in the rules, except for bets on any markets that have been unconditionally determined. If the game does not take place as scheduled and is not played in the same date (local time) all bets are void. The exception is if we advertise an incorrect kick-off time. If a match venue is changed then bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed then bets placed based on the original listing will be void.

Bets are accepted until the kick-off time is published. If a bet is accepted for a match after its kick-off time, the bet will be considered to be void. The exclusion of this rule should be made for "live betting", when one makes bets after the match starts is possible. Live events bets are considered to be valid if they were made before the end of the match and void if there is a time lag of over 20 seconds between the time of the actual match and the time on our system, this could be caused by system failure. All bets placed are final and cannot be changed or edited once they are submitted to our servers.

Withdrawals are usually processed within 24hours. That means if you place a withdrawal request on Monday, you are expected to receive it on Tuesday. The maximum amount you can withdraw at a time is Five Hundred Thousand Naira. Also, you cannot deposit funds into your merrybet account and decide to withdraw it. You can only withdraw from your winnings . We implore punters to place bets with their deposits and withdraw from the winnings i.e you cannot withdraw any amount of money you have not won. Any withdrawal made under such circumstance would be reversed back to the merrybet account.

ERRORS
You must inform us as soon as you become aware of any errors with respect to Your Account or any calculations with respect to any bet or wager you have placed or any currency conversion. In the event of such error or any system failure or game error (a divergence from the normal functioning of the game logic for whatever reason) that results in an error in any odds calculation, charges, fees, rake, bonuses or payout, or any currency conversion as applicable, ('Error') We will seek to place all parties directly affected by such Error in the position they were in before the Error occurred. We reserve the right to declare null and void any wagers or bets that were the subject of such Error and to take any money from Your Account relating to the relevant bets or wagers, if there are insufficient funds in Your Account, We may demand that You pay Us the relevant outstanding amount relating to these bets or wagers. In all circumstances whereby we (in our sole discretion) determine an Error has been used to gain an unfair advantage, we reserve the right to consider this activity to be a fraudulent act subject to Forfeiture & Account Closure.
