A couple and doctors were left baffled after their newborn baby boy came out with two noses at , Chimbote, western Peru. Little angel, as he was named was born with two tubes growing on his small face instead of a normal nose which is believed by doctors was caused by an extremely rare genetic condition called Patau syndrome.
