The company is engaged in investment, development and management of hotels, and sales of hotel franchises. Building area is 14,200 sq.m (gross). It has a 300m2 full service health club within the hotel as well as an outdoor swimming pool. The hotel has a grand ballroom with 5 meter ceiling, pre-function areas an outdoor terrace. 200 square meters of meeting space and state-of-the art telecommunication systems. There is a tropical pool side restaurant, an ultra chic coffee lounge, and the stylist main eatery.
