Is Samsung Note 2 Worth This Hype With D Present Proliferation? by alldrunsx: 2:32pm On Dec 07, 2015
Hi all,

Pls if I may ask d gurus in d house, is original used Samsung Galaxy N7100 (int'l version) really worth buying now at between $100-130 esp. considering d varieties of cheaper brand nw phones available these days even wt higher spec.

I know u may ask! My crave for Galaxy note 2 was mainly necesitated by d inbuilt power of note writing & wt its sylus. Durability, ruggedity & second-hand value things also play out.

Or are there apps dat can do such note writing wt high accuracy precision? Are infinix note, innjoo note, etc meant to do such flawlessly?

Thnks in adv. 4 your constructive advice.

Get a Samsung note 4 or 5 if u really want a high accuracy precession...the stylus is more sensitive, more functions added...
Im using note 4 edge...its really good taking notes..and quick sharing / editing photos using stylus....

I once used a note 2, trust me it is really cool. Meanwhile I don't see the difference btw note 2 and note 4. Would pick note 2 over note 4.

lol I use a note 3 and despite it being massively better than note 2, I still consider the note 4 a far superior machine than my phone

Now talking of d price, is a used Samsung Galaxy N7100 (int'l version) still really worth buying now at between $100-130 esp. considering d varieties of cheaper brand nw phones available these days even wt higher spec.?

And moreover, note2 being a single sim phone as against d present days dual sim.

The hardware is dated, though it will still give you decent performance.. If you must buy it, root it and flash a touchwiz based lollipop rom or if you don't need the spen function you can install Cayanogen rom on it.. I have the note 10.1 2012 which came out around the same time and the thing flies on Ghanbo touchwiz custom rom.. But be aware, the screen is 720p so it won't look anything like full HD screen from 2013 till date.. Yeah, there are lots of new phones out there but there is only one Note series, the spen makes it a unique device..

I have been using a Note 2 for more than 2 years and I can say that the Note 4 is far ahead of the Note 2.

You could however say that the difference between Note 2 and Note 3 is not that much.
