Candidates who are successful after the recruitment process will be made to go through intensive induction and training program meant to equip them with the competencies required to make a success of their sales agent career.

On completion of the training, sales agents will be posted to their preferred locations and expected to work as captive agents selling the companies bouquet of products and services across the different locations. Successful candidates will be indigenes or exceptionally familiar with the business terrain in their respective locations and will be entitled to a motivational reward package and performance incentives.

Prospective candidates are expected to meet the following requirements;

Knowledge and Educational Background
• Minimum HND Qualification or B.sc in the liberal Arts
• 2-3 years of previous experience in selling insurance plans will be an advantage
• Knowledge of retail distribution network in their preferred location

Skills
• Good Communication and Persuasive skills
• Sound Presentation skills
• Good Organization and Negotiation skills
• Good Networking skills

Personal Attributes
