Rythmn Unplugged

Every ‘fun person’ in Lagos looks forward to the Rythmn Unplugged. One of the largest annual Music concerts which showcases Nigeria’s biggest music, comedy artistes as well as an array of huge international acts, it is produced by Flytime Promotions and always held at the Eko Convention Centre, opposite the Maison Farenheit Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos. This year marks the 11th edition of the concert and will be held on Friday the 18th December 2015. With Grammy award nominee and R&B Superstar, Trey Songz , announced as the headline act, it is bound to be an explosion of good times.

The Black Tie Concert

Featuring blockbuster stars including Olamide, Seyi Shay and Darey-Art Alade, the Baseline Entertainment ‘Blacktie Christmas Concert’ is scheduled to hold on the 13th of December, 2015 at the well-known Lagoon Restaurant in Victoria Island Lagos. An exclusive concert set to explore diverse genre of music, it is aimed at celebrating Nigeria’s finest entertainers, also throwing light on the Yuletide season. Certainly, It will be an awesome night of festivity and schmoozing.



Music Meets Runway 2015

An annual MMR celebration, which has been running since 2011, Music Meets Runway (MMR) merges the best of fashion and music in Africa, bringing together some of Africa’s finest creative artists and showcasing their talents to a vast audience. Run by Le Reve Events, this year’s event will take place on Tuesday 22 December at Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos Nigeria.The MMR Rising Icon competition is a huge highlight of the event as it motivates young fashion designers and models the opportunity to pursue their career in the fashion industry.

SoundCity Urban Blast Festival

Holding at the Landmark Event Center, close to the Four Points by Sheraton, Victoria Island, Lagos on the 18th of December, 2015, the SoundCity Urban Blast Festival is one of the biggest live television event in Lagos. Slated to run from 6:00pm till about 9:00pm, this year’s event will feature a festival in Lagos with every of the biggest African acts billed to share a stage on the day. Some of these artistes include Wande Coal, M.I. Abaga, Iyanya, Kiss Daniel and Davido.

1. The Experience. First Saturday of every December at TBS, Lagos.
2. Holy Ghost Congress. A week-long event starting from the first Monday of December at the Redemption Camp, along Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
3. Shiloh. Same as 2 at Canaanland, Iyesi Ota, along Idiroko Road, Otta.
