Was appalled by the denial of the CBN & AGF of any knowledge of a signed agreement between systemspecs ( the owners of remita payment platform) and the FG on commission payable to the company (systemspecs) through TSA. My take is simple, all system specs need do is produce the signed agreement between them and the CBN or AGF to the panel and exonerate themselves. Such Agreement should be documented. We are talking billions here!

Exactly. Just produce the agreement/MoU.Shikena! You dont enter into an agreement that allows you to draw from the Federation account without a signed agreement btw the relevant govt agencies and company management. They should do the needful and save tax payers money by not prolonging this issue unecessarily.
