• OND/HND in Accounting from a reputable institution

2. POSITION: TRACKING OFFICER (MALE)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• HND/BSC from a reputable institution
• Previous experience as a Tracking Officer in a well structured Transport company
• Must be computer literate

3. POSITION: SAFETY OFFICER

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• HND/BSC Social Sciences from a reputable institution
• HSE (Level)
• Previous experience in Industrial Safety or as a Safety Officer in a Transport Company/Federal Road Safety is an advantage
• Must be computer literate

POSITION: SECRETARY (FEMALE)

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
* B.Sc or HND in Secretarial Management, Humanities or Social Sciences
* Membership of a professional body is an added advantage
* Not more than 25yrs of age

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Must have excellent knowledge of MicroSoft Word, Excel and other user functions (Mail Merge/Excel. graphics, PowerPoint etc)
* Minimum of two yrs experience in a similar position in a hospitality industry
* Experience in Secretarial Administration with strong flare in Public Relations
* Experience in E-Communication, the Internet and Data Base Management
* Great knowledge of customer/client care ability, customer support, client relationship

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide Secretarial?Clerical support
* File/Document Management Reports
* Receive visitors and respond to both internal and external inquiries
* Respond to multi-telephone lines
* Provide exceptional customer support and client relationship care
* Align customer needs with product and service offerings
* Attend to internal and external customer relationship services
