& 1st 2013- Tuesday, 1st 2014- Wednesday, 1st 2015- Thursday, 1st 2016- Friday, but 1st 2017 is Sunday. So 2016 ends d trend... my year of recovery

That is because 2016 is a leap year, meaning 1 extra day added in the month of February, this shifting the first day of the following year, 2017, by 1 from Saturday to Sunday.

I just noticed something. The 13th falls on a Friday four times this year. In 2016, it would happen only once
