[size=18pt]I have often wondered why most fasting starts from 6am to either 12noon or 6pm. Is it possible for one to fast from 1pm after eating breakfast till 10pm. If someone fasts from 6 am to 12noon, thats 6 hours. But if someone fasts from 1pm to 10pm that 9hours. So i am wondering if its possible to fast from 1pm.  .[/size] |
