Yeah,you're right. People are bound to hurt you knowingly or otherwise but the truth still remains;when you don't forgive or let go,you suffer much more.I've observed that most people that hurt us usually don't mean it.it's either their actions are spontaneous or careless.they even forget what they say or do most times.It's always good to have some sort of filter in you that rejects what you don't want.guard what goes into your heart for output is a function of input.
