I bought a Q10 from a nairalander about a week ago. The phone was showing blackberry error so I thought it was just to reload d os. I got home nd plugged d phone but d system didn't detect. I used another system but still no way. Took it to an Engr but same problem. I got to school yesterday and took it to an engineer but same problem and without d system detecting d phone it won't flash. Please brothers and sisters in d lord, pls help me with a possible solution to dis problem. Thanks in advance. |

Try connecting the device to PC without the battery in place. |
