I urgently need an info on which polytechnic full time/ part time admission is still available for ND programme.

I have someone who missed out in the university admission but we don't want him to continue sitting at home after 3yrs of leaving secondary school.

Any school/ polytechnic in the south west would be preferred but not limited to that.


Any useful details/ phone number would be appreciated.
