Thursday Dec. 24th(12th of Roubil awwal) is the Moulid Nabiyy( birthday of Prophet Mohammed) P.B.H and is expected to be a public holiday as usual but nothing has been said about it. Could this mean that Federal govt is not declaring public holiday on this said date? |
