Jose Mourinho's second reign at Chelsea has come to an end. The Portuguese sacking had long been coming, his last defeat to Leicester City and his post match reaction of 'betrayal form some players' was the last straw for the tactician.

This season has no doubt been the worst for Mourinho, his Chelsea team have lost nine  of their sixteen matches in the Premier League and sit one place above relegation on seventeenth position.

In reality, taking nothing away from the man in the picture, he remains one of the best tactician in world football. A winner everywhere he has been. 

Mourinho was no doubt one of the favorites to take over from Sir Alex when he retired, but the Scott convinced the United board to go for the then less experienced David Moyes. A decision that has since backfired.

The Portuguese has always hold the United job with high reference and is known to be keenly interested in managing Manchester United. 

With a manger like Jose jobless, every top manager under pressure will be under more pressure because of his availability.

The Portuguese is well known for his 'win anyhow' play and mentality. He doesn't care too much about beautiful football, possession and the passes. For Mourinho, what matters is the points and the titles. He has won the league in all the teams he has coached and is one of the few managers to have won the Champions League with different teams. With José at United, one thing looks certain: The titles.
And with United lacking the titles since the retirement of Fergie, Mourinho's appointment is almost sure to bring the titles back to Old Trafford.

STYLE OF PLAY

At United, fans are used to watching beautiful football. Under Sir Alex, it was fast attacking football. van Gaal has not been able to effect his most preferred style of play so far. With Jose, it may be winning in an ugly manner, one that on the long run will not go down with the United fans.

HIS EGO
One of the main defining characteristics of the Portuguese is his ego. And at a club like United, he may have to rub feathers ideologically with a lot of former club favorites, and is will have to do a lot to win some big United legends like Sir Bobby Charlton who once criticised the Portuguese for his fracas with Barcelona's Tito Vilanova. A United manager wouldn't do that," he said.

Without doubt he would be linked again with the United job, whether Van Gaal is sacked or not.

With United lacking the winning identity, he may be the perfect one.

Admittedly, this sack doesn't speak well on his C.V. But man, will i take a Jose Mou over an even more arrogant LVG right now.

The "anyhow, results & points first" style of play u talked about, i doubt if Man Utd even has a style of play right now. And we aren't even picking results to make matters worse. I for one thought Chelsea played some beautiful football last season on their way to winning the BPL.

So yeah, my opinion, FIRE!!! That a*#bag Louis Van Gaal & get a Jose Mou. Just my thought.
