Dear #Ecobank, over the months, your services are getting worse sad sad, I have not being enjoying it at all.

I registered my BVN at ‪#‎GTB‬ank since January, before the first deadline date for registration of the BVN, I submitted my BVN at your branches on two different occations and even via the ussd code *326*9#, my account isn't yet linked till now December.

I took my time to visit some banks' website, and to my surprise, out of the 10 banks I checked, only Ecobank's site is not having a FAVICON (even Jaizbank & Nairaland has a strong FAVICON cool),

A search on the word "BVN" using the search option gave a negative result which is VERY disappointing angry, because I see no reason why you would deny access to account because of BVN not yet linked when you didn't even mention it anywhere on the website unlike the likes of #firstbank & #GTBank that made it part of the default content on their homepage. undecided www.nairaland.com/attachments/3203476_bvn2_jpeg6c9dbe8ff5c0a255c403a6b96c22e0f1

Your trueserve agents approach is so rude, no courtesy at all, your banking hall system management is below par, one hardly visit any branch of yours without little or more disappoint, even ‪#‎firstbank‬ & ‪#‎Uba‬ now manages there crowd very well.

Pls try to borrow a leave from ‪#‎GTBank‬ or ‪#‎Accessbank‬. Thanks
Concerned Customer.

Anytime I have issues with my account in Ecobank I send a mail to the customer care and I get my issue resolved. I even got my BVN linked while I was in Ghana.
