How can I cope with harmattan? My throatbis dry and swallowing is extremely difficult. Yesterday night I felt the same way and after some drugs and hot beverages, I felt better. I just woke up this morning to severe throat pain. I'm quite allergic to dust and I don't know what to do anymore. Please help me. How can I cope with this and keep my throat moist? |

Sip water regularly, lick pure honey, take vit C. You could squeeze some lime/lemon in a glass of WARM water and add 2 teaspoons of honey and drink before bed and 1st thing in the morning |
