Plants and herbs can be quintessential in our diet but a lot of people don't know this. The less spices we eat, the more we are exposed to killer diseases.

It's good to consider herbs and spices with medicinal benefits and find ways to incorporate such to our culinary as home makers, ladies especially.

Some people's prepared their funeral on their dining table going by the junk foods they eat time to time, such that vital organs died looking good.

Things that get into our organs ought to be life foods, such that can grow if planted, with medicinal benefits and fine mineral deposits in measures that the body needs.

Some folks delight in eating garlic and ginger raw. That's so nice not minding the discomforts. These spices are so common that you have no excuse not eating them in your food.

Doing that is calculative, you are sending sicknesses away from your dwelling place and catering for good bacteria that your system needs for good health.

Most sicknesses comes with bad bacteria attack on some of our vital organs and disrupt their day to day functions and we fall sick. But loads of antioxidants will keep them at bay.

Most of all eat right, eat fruits and vegetables, spice your dishes and eat less of process foods. I do eat outside as a single but its always amala and ewedu.

Ewedu is rich in supernutrients such as salviat, which is good for total wellness. Let's be conscious of what we eat to lead a healthy life, because food matters.

Few days ago, someone shared with me how a woman who is believing God for the fruit of the womb for years was able to conceive after taking marada herbal remedy for just two months.

I'm happy for that family. May their joy be full in no time. I can testify too that my daily intake of marada was not in vain.

In spite of what the doctor sees as massive myoma coexisting with gestational sack, her baby is unstoppable. Thank God for such a good product.
