Since i renewed my subscription for like 3 days now, i have not been able to enjoy it. What's the point of paying then? It's been almost 4 days now yet it has not been activated. My IUC number is 2004413081.

I know i am speaking on behalf of others. If you share similar problems please let's tell this Gotv guys to fix whatever problems they have.

Use gotv self service online to clear the error..!

I have tried that too, still not working. In fact, my account is not even reflecting any payment in my Gotv dashboard
