MTN yesterday announced that it has secured a new numbering range with the prefix 0813. This will be available in the market from Monday, June 15, 2009.

Since it commenced commercial operations in August 2001, it has been known to offer a wide range of telecommunications services that have been consistently delivered via the existing numbering ranges 0803, 0806, 0703 and 0706.

Why new number when the former ones are still available in town infact, you can still get the 0803. I like their concepts and initiative anyway but they should try improve in their services.
