Oxyglobal Nig Ltd is a young vibrant company that looks to employ a operation manager with 3 years property and project management experience located within Lagos, with either Ond,Bsc or Hnd,also certified individuals are also welcomed as we will also be needing professional marketers also in this interview which will hold for two weeks and end by 25th of January,at akin adeshola Victoria island opp Coscharis building please email oxyglobalservices@gmail.com or paul_anorue@oxyglobal.com.


Typical tasks may include:

preparing documents to put out tenders for contractors;
project management and supervising and coordinating work of contractors;
investigating availability and suitability of options for new premises;
calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money;
planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives;
managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities;
directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling;
ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation;
keeping staff safe;
planning best allocation and utilisation of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organising current premises;
checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies;
coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility;
using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement;
responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences

Personal qualities & behavioural traits:
• Should be excellent communicator.
• Self-driven and able to manage him/herself for extended periods.
• The ideal candidate must be able to take complete ownership of the department.
• This person needs to be able to plan, scope, conduct fieldwork and draw up a draft internal audit report.
• We desire a candidate that is self-motivated and wants to grow into the company.
• Excellent report writing skills.


• The primary responsibility is selling service products to clients.
• Actively seek out new clients and explaining types of coverage services they may find helpful.
• Stay abreast of the rates and policies for the different plans and how it applies to other servicing firms
• Fill-out and submit applications, issue quotes, maintain client records and prepare reports. In the event of a service request or mishaps, help customers file and receive financial compensation for their loss.
