Role Summary
This is role will be responsible for implementing the Group digital marketing strategy across the business service lines, utilizing all digital marketing channels, develop and manage all multi-channel strategies for the Group.

Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing
-Developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.
-E-mail Marketing campaigns and drive

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
-Developing strategies to increase number of visitors to the website by getting high-ranking placements in search results.

Mobile Marketing
-Includes app-based, SMS marketing

Affiliate Marketing
-Where a business allows other businesses (affiliates) to sell products on their website. The affiliate is paid commission for each customer brought to the website by their own marketing strategies.

Accountabilities
-Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
-Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
-Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO etc.
-Implementing the social media strategy for the company.
-Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
-Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
-Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
-Develop strategies to convert online visitors to transactions

Requirements/Qualifications & Experience
-First degree (B.Sc./HND) in any discipline
-Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in Digital Marketing
-Basic Knowledge of project management and execution
-Excellent presentation, business writing and communication skills to represent the organisation to both internal and external stakeholders;
-Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
-A results-driven approach with the confidence and resilience to deliver results, ask challenging questions, and pursue excellence in a demanding environment;
-A proactive approach, taking ownership and responsibility across areas of expertise
-Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.
