Complete crap. It cannot be done. You would already have to have less than 10% body fat and a high level of fitness to get anywhere near it. You would also have to be taking Body Building supplements as well. It just can't be done folks. Forget it. You have to give yourself a good 10-12 weeks from scratch to get the results you are after. Once you have got to your ripped abs, it is a case of maintaining it with a reduced program. Alpha Fuel 720 Another one of the many diet plans for it is the anabolic diet. This diet is not as popular because it takes more discipline and careful planning. In this diet, all you eat is protein, that is it - nothing more. Carbs are kept to a minimum during the week. When the weekend comes, carbs are allowed and you try to eat as many as you possibly can. However, this really takes some discipline.
