Beggars!they are in every conceivable place.At d bank, supermarket, church, mosque,post office -----there u'll meet dem.B4 u know it,d more healthy ones beseige you 4 alms almost to d point of assault. Surely, there is no rationale in giving alms to someone who is physically stronger than you are. Nothwithstanding, some are feeble and unfortunately handicapped. Here in P.H, some people,radio stations and even d police are advocating for the on STREET BEGGING. Fellow nairalands, do u support that?
