A young and dynamic ISP based in Abuja is urgently looking to fill the position of HEAD OF MARKETING to lead the company's effort in market penetration in Internet Service Delivery. The ideal candidate must have the following:

Key Deliverables:

* Identify the key business objectives of the company, and be able to translate them into award-winning campaigns;
* Head of Marketing will be responsible for Marketing and Advertising; Social Media strategy, Search Engine marketing, Brand & Communications, Events, Direct, TV, Outdoor and Radio;
* Ensure the operation of a successful and seamless multi-channel marketing model;
* Develop lead generation capabilities using CRM tool;
* Management of the extensive marketing team to ensure a customer-centric culture and creating a well-defined growth strategy.

Key Skills:

* The Head of Marketing will have extensive experience of owning and delivering complex marketing strategies across multiple business units and products, preferably within a regulated environment
* demonstrable track record of driving and delivering significant enhancements in online and offline performance
* Great leadership and influencing skills and must have managed, coached and led a significant marketing team
* Must have prior Internet services provision background or have knowledge of the ISP marketing
* Great written and communication skills
* Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field and above

Compensation:
Attractive base salary (N65k to N150k) + commission depending on experience.
