I encountered same, but my difficulty was to locate the 'submit CV' button. If you're having same challenge after filling the form, then:
Don't use the submit button from the top left drawdown. instead look for the submit button next to edit button.
If your browser is unable to locate the submit button on the page, the use the 'find in page' engine of your browser to search for the keyword 'submit or edit'. they both lay side by side.
