boiled yam can be served with so many sauce, eggplant sauce, egg sauce, etcetera but you need to try this! ingredients: -pumpkin leave -tomatoes -pepper -onion - smoked or fresh fish(Titus) -vegetable oil. -seasoning method of cooking: -wash and blend( better to use a hand grater) tomatoes, pepper and onion set aside - wash and cut vegetable ,set aside - remove bone from smoked fish -if it's fresh fish wash season, cook, remove bone and set aside -put pot on the fire, add oil - heat for a min, pour grinded tomatoes, pepper and onion then fry -add seasoning - add fish allow to cook for 3mins - add vegetable cook for 2mins and its ready serve with yam 1 Like
